Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: AMATA) and B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) continue to develop a floating solar power project at Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate through Amata B.Grimm Renewable Energy Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Amata U Co., Ltd., which holds a 75% stake, and B.Grimm Power Smart Solution Co., Ltd., which holds the remaining 25%.

DNV has appointed Rob van der Spek as AI and Innovation Manager for its Industrial Services business unit, a newly created role focused on expanding the practical use of AI, digital tools and innovation across inspection and assurance services. This is according to BloombergNEF, which has assessed the impact of the conflict six months after it began. Siemens Energy announced on August 25 that it is beginning legal and operational preparations to separate its Transformation of Industry business area, with the goal of establishing it as a fully independent industrial energy solutions company. The new entity will initially operate under the Siemens Energy brand before transitioning to a new name: Omterra.
