Leading the development of Asia’s first utility scale offshore wind farms
Our team successfully supported the development and execution of more than one major offshore wind farms in Taiwan, providing end-to-end expertise across commercial and technical disciplines. Key aspects of the project included:
- Direct Client Appointments: White-collar commercial and technical professionals were embedded directly with the client, ensuring seamless coordination and decision-making.
- Multi-Tier Contractor Management: Over 50 contractors were mobilized and managed across various levels, including:
- Developer/Client-Representative Level – Overseeing high-level project governance, quality, safety and compliance.
- WTG OEM Level – Ensuring turbine supply, installation, and commissioning met project and client requirements.
- Offshore T&I Contractor Level – Managing transport and installation activities for foundations, cables, TPs and other critical components.
The projects demonstrated our ability to integrate diverse stakeholders, optimize contractor performance, and deliver complex offshore wind solutions in a challenging regulatory and operational environment.
