Job Title: Portfolio Management – Infrastructure / Private Equity (Fund & Platform Level)
Location: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ongoing performance management of an investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with return, risk and strategic objectives
- Monitor and assess the operational, financial and ESG performance of portfolio assets and investee companies
- Analyse portfolio composition and diversification, factoring in macroeconomic conditions, sector dynamics and risk-adjusted returns
- Develop and present recommendations on investment allocation, rebalancing and portfolio strategy to senior stakeholders
- Serve as a primary point of contact and shareholder representative to investee companies, engaging directly with board members and senior leadership
- Drive key governance and decision-making processes on behalf of the firm, including approvals and strategic initiatives
- Provide long-term strategic guidance to investee companies on business plans, capital structure and growth pathways
- Lead investment activity including acquisitions, divestments and asset recycling, from thesis development through to execution
- Conduct hold-vs-sell assessments and develop exit strategies to maximise portfolio value
- Support and where applicable lead capital raising processes, including deal structuring, investor communications and advisor coordination
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
- Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, asset management or strategy advisory, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Strong track record in portfolio oversight, capital allocation decisions and value creation across infrastructure or real asset investments
- Excellent analytical, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to engage credibly at board and executive level
Desired Experience:
- Sector experience across infrastructure verticals such as energy, utilities, transport or digital infrastructure
- Prior involvement in investment committee processes or board-level governance
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and responsible investment principles
- Hands-on experience with refinancing, recapitalisation or secondary transactions
