Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company’s corporate objectives and growth plans.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute potential investment opportunities, including conducting comprehensive financial and operational due diligence.
• Lead negotiations with portfolio companies, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to assess the strategic fit of potential investments.
• Monitor market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities within the investment sector.
• Prepare and present detailed investment proposals and reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with investment partners, advisory firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring timely execution of investment transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the investment process.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to promote investment initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of successful investment transactions within the finance sector or related industries.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance principles.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience working in Asia-Pacific markets, with a strong understanding of local regulatory and business landscapes.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
