Job Title: Director – Account/Sales (Hyperscale and Colocation)

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop deep relationships within assigned hyperscale and colocation accounts
- Maintain detailed account plans for hyperscale and colocation customer territory
- Identify opportunities, build pipeline, and manage sales cycle to completion
- Present data center solutions, understand customer requirements, and develop proposals
- Collaborate with sales engineering and regional teams to negotiate commercial terms
- Stay ahead of APAC data center market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5+ years sales experience in data centers, with proven hyperscale and colocation account management
- Strong track record engaging hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Microsoft, etc.), building networks, and closing deals
- Deep understanding of APAC data center market dynamics
- Technical knowledge of data center specifications (power, cooling, redundancy, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with hunter mentality
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively
Desired Experience:
- Proven success selling to hyperscale and global accounts in APAC data center market
- Experience managing complex sales cycles from lead generation to contract close
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building with enterprise customers
- Track record driving revenue growth through strategic account management
