  • Manage and interpret contractual provisions, ensuring all obligations, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and met.
  • Draft, review, and maintain contract documentation in accordance with company and legal standards.
  • Advise on and manage claims, change orders, and dispute resolution processes, providing strategic guidance to minimize risk.

  • Provide input on contract standards (FIDIC, BIMCO, LOGIC, etc.) and ensure best practices in contract management are upheld.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory developments, particularly those relevant to radar mitigation and offshore wind construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in contract management for offshore wind, oil & gas, or major offshore construction projects, with demonstrable experience in offshore wind packages (foundations, cables, radar/radio towers, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of contract standards and forms relevant to offshore wind (FIDIC, BIMCO, LOGIC, IMCA, etc.).
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, administration, and claims management on large-scale, international projects.
  • Familiarity with technical and commercial aspects of radar/radio tower installation and offshore construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Korean language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a multinational team.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

Desirable

  • Experience working with or advising on radar mitigation strategies in offshore wind environments.
  • Knowledge of local Korean regulatory frameworks for offshore construction and renewable energy projects.
