Overview
A leading company in the data center and real estate sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Data Center/Real Estate Business Development Executive. This position will play a critical role in driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for business development in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s corporate objectives and growth plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute potential growth opportunities, including conducting comprehensive market analysis.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to assess the strategic fit of potential business ventures.
- Monitor market trends within the data center and real estate sectors to identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed business proposals and reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry professionals, partners, and government entities.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring timely execution of business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the business development process.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to promote growth initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful business development initiatives within the data center or real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, financial modeling, and investment strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate strategy within related industries.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Experience working in Asia-Pacific markets, with a strong understanding of local regulatory and business landscapes.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
