Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the performance of data center assets to ensure optimal efficiency and return on investment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and sustainability of the asset portfolio.
• Analyze market trends and financial data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for asset improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and finance to drive performance enhancements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and service providers to facilitate effective property management.
• Prepare regular reports detailing asset performance, financial health, and operational efficiency for executive review.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory standards within the data center sector.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial assessments to support corporate objectives and asset growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals in asset management best practices and strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications related to asset management or property management are preferred (e.g., CPM, ARM).
• Strong understanding of the data center industry, including operational protocols and technology trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in asset management, preferably within the data center or real estate sector.
• Proven track record of managing significant asset portfolios and achieving financial performance metrics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering on strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
