Job Responsibilities

1. Key Account Management and Ecosystem Development

  • Manage relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders, including grid operators, consulting firms, industry associations, policymakers, financial institutions, insurers, partners, and universities.
  • Build and maintain a strong ecosystem to enable cross-organizational collaboration and long-term partnerships.

2. Industry Strategy and Market Insights

  • Analyze market trends across BESS, smart PV, and data center energy systems in APAC.
  • Produce market intelligence and country-level reports to support strategy and execution.
  • Support regional office objectives and contribute to the rollout of industry standards.

3. Energy Storage Industry Development and Standards Alignment

  • Lead BESS industry development initiatives, including technical standards and best-practice frameworks.
  • Monitor and interpret international standards such as IEC, IEEE, and UL.
  • Work closely with product and R&D teams, feeding in market insights to strengthen solution positioning and competitiveness.

4. Industry Forums and Ecosystem Engagement

  • Plan and deliver industry events including summits, forums, and technical workshops.
  • Develop high-quality presentations and materials to position the company as a thought leader.
  • Strengthen the company’s presence and influence across the APAC energy sector.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years of experience in the energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of APAC energy markets, industry standards, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to interpret international standards such as IEC and UL.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and commercial audiences.
  • Willing to travel across the region with approximately 30%–50% travel.
  • English required, Chinese language skills preferred.
