Ming Yang Smart Energy has signed two cooperation agreements with local partners in Brazil.

Ming Yang Do Brasil and Blue Aspirations Brasil have signed an MOU to explore offshore wind opportunities across the Brazilian market, the company said.

The partnership aims to combine Ming Yang’s offshore and floating wind technologies with Blue Aspirations’ Floating LiDAR experience and local development capabilities, it added.

In parallel, Ming Yang signed an LOI with SENAI-RN for the Areia Branca Offshore Wind Pilot Project.

The LOI follows a technical cooperation agreement signed in 2024 and supports the country’s first offshore wind test and demonstration platform, which holds a preliminary environmental licence.
