Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated and attentive personnel to join a dynamic team to support on a large scale infrastructure project in Southeast Asia. As part of the team, you will build relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with project team members for latest project status and keep track of it
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and processing payments and invoices in compliance with internal policies
  • Performing bank account verifications, and issuance & payment of settlement invoices
  • Project Support – verifying supplier/project status with external or internal stakeholders before processing payments
  • Reconciling bank statements, developing financial reports, preparing taxes
  • Maintaining accounting records for both Corporate and Projects, where applicable
  • Support in the operations of procurement and logistics

Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma in Accountancy/Finance related required
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good with Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with construction industry would be advantageous
